Hi, I tried booking the ride from airport to the hotel in Delhi for 3rd of Jan. I have been charged the amount but no scheduled booking is shown in the app. Can someone please fix the issue or return the money? You should have a customer care number, this is quite bizarre

While my car was parked at MAX hospital gurgaon, your cab driver was sitting in the car and blocked my car from going. He was watching TV and was not willing to leave since he saw a girl telling him to move he decided to harass. Thankfully some passer by came together and told him to move. Seems like no traning is given to your driver about how not to harass women.

I am writing to address a serious issue regarding my recent cab trip with Blu Smart at 9:30 am, driven by Birjbhan. He deliberately ignored the route I requested and chose to drive on a very bumpy road, despite my explicit instructions not to do so, especially considering my pregnancy. His justification for this reckless decision was the fear of receiving a penalty from the company for deviating from the assigned route. However, I have consistently used Blu Smart and have never faced any complaints or issues with drivers about this route before. I demand that strict action be taken against this driver, and I insist that he never be assigned to me again. Additionally, I require the opportunity to speak with a supervisor regarding this matter. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expect it to be addressed promptly.
