This morning i booked a blu cab for 615 am pick up from ndls station . as i approached the station i called driver to meet up at a pick up point - in my last few trips blu drivers use this pick up point. as i reached station i called the driver at least 10 times but his phone was not reachable . i chatted with blu customer care but they were not able to help . finally i was able to talk to the driver. he arrived and i complained to him for being late . the driver turned abusive and threw away my luggage and my wife’s luggage from cab and told me categorically ‘cancel the ride’ incidentally i had to do it as i have to rush to home and than office . Question is i how come BLU have such driver partner in there system and what actions are they going to take against such parrner . i have been using BLU for 2+ years but such behaviours are intolerable
