Hi, I tried booking the ride from airport to the hotel in Delhi for 3rd of Jan. I have been charged the amount but no scheduled booking is shown in the app. Can someone please fix the issue or return the money? You should have a customer care number, this is quite bizarre

Hi, thanks for the call. Let’s provide the full context in the blog- you received the money and that’s why you are refunding it so it will be incorrect to say that payment was unsuccessful. You had an issue in the back end. Thanks
