I received mail for the invoice, but from the provided link I am unable to download any invoice. It always shows will be ready by 24 hours. I dropped a mail to hello@blu-smart.com regarding this issue, but there is no response.

I don't want a refund. I want an Invoice. I hope that's clear for you. Moreover your use of all caps is impolite. I hope you are not an official representative of BluSmart else if you are an official representative you guys really need to work on your communication skills.
Have been trying to reach out to the customer service but it seems that by design they have made it in a manner that there is no contact method. Really frustrated
