You boys need to pull out of your comfort zone and get more customer friendly. There is no way to raise a complaint about my ongoing ride on the app Or elsewhere. No emergency assistance either. No telephone number to call to connect with anyone for a reddresal of a grievance. Car AC is also not working. I have fully pre paid for this ride but am completely UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!BIG TROUBLE FOR YOU IF YOUR ATTITUDE DOESN'T CHANGE. l wonder if I will ever get a call from you for my grievance.
