posting on behalf of my wife, she has purchased elite membership and have a recurring ride setup, however nothing showing in scheduled ride, it is still 28 hours from the schedule time, is this expected?
We wanted to inform you that when you create a recurring ride, it will appear in the Scheduled Ride section starting at midnight prior to the ride date. This ensures the system processes the ride closer to the scheduled time for better accuracy.
Additionally, we would request you to maintain sufficient balance in your BluWallet to ensure the ride is scheduled successfully. A lack of balance may prevent the system from confirming the ride.
