He deliberately ignored the route I requested and chose to drive on a very bumpy road, despite my explicit instructions not to do so, especially considering my pregnancy. His justification for this reckless decision was the fear of receiving a penalty from the company for deviating from the assigned route. However, I have consistently used Blu Smart and have never faced any complaints or issues with drivers about this route before.
I demand that strict action be taken against this driver, and I insist that he never be assigned to me again. Additionally, I require the opportunity to speak with a supervisor regarding this matter. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expect it to be addressed promptly.
