I am a BluSmart Elite customer and I feel the services were far better as a normal customer. Extra money for worst service is straight cheating customer. Today first by recurring ride Vikas with vehicle KA04AE1630 was assigned and he refused pickup saying car was low on battery and asked me to cancel. Then i booked by express ride and this same person got assigned and I didn't know at that time. This time also I waited 15 mins and upon talking twice too, the driver had not moved an inch. Again cancel and again booked express ride. Same driver again assigned. This time I had noted driver and cab and canceled after few mins. Then I finally booked Ola cab and got it in 5 mins. What is the use of being Elite customer here with this kind of service? If you are in Blr, 30 mins delay in morning could totally result in high traffic travel. Very very disappointed guys and no proper way of customer support too.
